A bit of laughter, raspy yet rolling with what seemed like a thunder made from glass lightning, came from him as his body shook. "Dark Mana? That would be the day... Hahah."
Nocturnewind shifted himself from the center, taking a seat in the actual row, his swords now leaning against his shoulder. It was apparently funny to him, the way she described Glamour, though he supposed Hanniable was doing a fair job keeping the deeper parts of the Wyrd's mysteries a secret. This was a relief, and if only Antionette could see in his mind he was smiling.
"But all the same, I can sympathize with your plight. I came to Novi once, to find an enemy unknown... In a way. But, it was a different Novi... A Different place..." He seemed to trail off with his words, though, that sincere and gentle ring to his deep wavelengths still pulled strong. He snapped back with some clarity; "I know how it feels."

"I see..." was all Antionette said in response to the man as he spoke. His laughter boomed and almost startled her. She walked closer to him and sat down on the bench just out of arms reach of him. Her hands rested in her lap and her soft features accentuated more as she sat. She raised one hand and started to play with her hair as she looked at the man.
She could only think one thing, even after all she had been told about him and what he'd said. She finally voiced her thoughts, "I uh... forgive me but.... you you're so big." she said softly as she smiled childishly up at the man. As he spoke about sympathizing with her her smiled faded to a far off look and she listened to him. She then scooted slightly closer to him and hesitantly reached out to pat his shoulder gently.

When Antionette patted his shoulder, even with the lightest of touch, it was fairly obvious that his skin on his shoulder well.. Wasn't skin. It was harder than that. Even though the silk one could feel the near-metalic feeling of his frame- or was it scaly? It seemed like a combination of both.
The man was a little surprised by her actions, but he was still calm. He sat simply still, only turning his head and some of his body to show he was paying attention to her. It had been a while since someone patted him on the shoulder. Even all those days back it was mostly him supporting every one else. He was a leader, a defender, and along side Lodon and Mar, he was one of the titans of the freehold. His friends Kamiyama and Virgil, oh how he missed them too. Nocturnewind wondered if they existed here, in this reality.
He than started to wonder if he had a representative here...
The large man brought one of his hands a'top of hers as she pat it, than slipped it back into the cloak. While exposed, each long and powerful digit almost looked clawed at the end, as if it could have been a dragon-like appendage... But the Wyrd was still strong enough to make it look believably human- white flesh and all.
"I do not know many here, and the few I know are growing away from me. I suppose that, no matter how true something is in the end- people can still forget it..." The violet glowing dimmed as he shut his eyes, and breathed deep.

Antionette was a little surprised at the hardness of Nocturnewind's skin but soon came back to the realization that she didn't know what he was but she knew what he was not. She watched his clawed hand and didn't seem put off by it in the least. She didn't mind what the man was or what he may look like under the silk robes that he adorned, all that mattered was that he was an ally to her and that made him a friend.
After a moment she let her hand rest back in her lap and look up at him as he turned to her and seemed to be in thought. He spoke to her about his friends growing away from him and being forgotten, she empathized with the feeling, the only friends she'd had she had had when she was living and they were fellow prostitutes. With them it was an odd mix of back stabbing and distrust among to women so she wasn't sure if she could call them friends.
"I remember, when I was young, I didn't have friends because I was a child of omen. Then as a woman I only had a handful of friends who would abandon me at the drop of the hat and forget about me if it suited them best." she said softly as she thought about her life. She then looked up at the Nocturnewind, "Penny for your thoughts?" she asked softly.

Nocturnewind's eyes opened, though, narrow with attention as he listened to Antionette. They slowly slipped back to their wider- content positioning while she spoke, as he also knew the sting of friendship gone awry.
The man could remember Psy, and how the temptation of power brought him to the side of... That one being. He wouldn't dare think his name now, he was gone, no matter how much of a scar he left on him emotionally. Though he knew he was dead, he couldn't help but feel that just the memory of him would spark his being into this realm- casting it into more shadow than there already is.
'No, it can't be. He can't possibly be the same here.' He thought to himself for a brief moment.
That was when She asked him about his thoughts, and he snapped fully back into the current mindset and string of thoughts.
"I once had a friend, who loved one such as yourself." He started, the memories rolling in his mind like an old film strip restored to a digital efficiency over time. "His name was Mar, and even though he had the chance to return to life from death, he denied the offer... To stay with her in the great beyond."

Antionette listened to Nocturnewind carefully she looked saddened at first but then a somber smile grew on her face. "I uhm.... I know it's sad but it's a romantic thought as well. He wanted to be with her so much that he gave up everything to do so." she said softly. "I know it won't mean much coming from me but I'm sure his soul is happy to be with hers forever now." she added.

"Your words mean much more than you might think, Antionette." He stated, his eyes slipping to a gentle silver hue. He blinked, flickering the light a few times before shifted his head towards the corners of the room. He seemed vigilant, as though he was expecting something to occur.
"I suggest you leave, my new friend. I fear my presence has brought some unwanted company to your Mosque. It was not my intention, but I will try to be careful of the decor."
After a few moments from those final words, the boarded stained glass windows to their right exploded inward towards the rows. The sound of a haunting horn, one harboring the anger of summer filled the mosque. From the center window came a horse-bound man, almost as large as Nocturnewind (size 6 compared to 7). The horse seemed as though it were made of leaves, it's hooves made of ivory and it's eyes looked like orbs of green fire.
The man was dressed in what looked like green armor, as though fashioned from thorns that shouldn't feasibly flatten like it does. His face was charcoal, literally rocky and sharp at it's points with eyes of red light. His head was adorned with black stag antler, each carrying a flaming wreath hanging off of it's side (Doesn't provoke Vampire Frenzy). With a giant bow in his hand and a hunting dagger at his side, his eyes narrowed on Nocturnewind, and than upon Antionette.
The charcoal gritted against itself as the being smiled, before making a loud volcanic hiss- calling two monstrous human-wolves with thorns for manes. They had jumped through the other two stained-glass windows, creating more glass and allowing more green light to enter the building.
Antionette could notice that through the windows wasn't the dark streets of Novi, but a land of maddening lime green, where everything looks sharper, and more elegant, the trees swishing about creating the gentle sound of winter bells.
Nocturnewind narrowed his eyes, the green light cascaded about the room just as he threw his cloak from around him. In those moments a transformation occurred, the cloak became a pair of strong, black and violet scaly wings. Under the cloak he clearly has long strands of black scales eschewed along his right arm.
His left arm was formed from some silvery looking material, as though it was replaced with a prosthetic. His arms were sleeveless through a kempo-gii-top tied tightly about his waist, simple and black with an obi to match. Nocturneind was adorned also in black combat boots and black baggy cargo pants.
The left side of his face was similarly covered in black scales, his hair was tied into a pony-tail reaching his shoulder-blades with violet tips. Two long, perhaps antennae-like strands of hair floated over his face, these bangs hung off the left side as though they were held there by gravity. "If you know how to defend yourself now is the time... Stay away from the one on the horse, HE'S MINE!"Round 1 Initiatives:Nocturnewind: 22Huntsman: 20Briarwolf B: 18 Briarwolf A: 12Antionette: 8 Nocturnewind: Quick Draw (Melee) Both swords.
Using Contracts of Separation OOOOOO, Roll: 1d10 3 3 + Dex (6) + Wyrd (6) = 15, 3 successes. Nocturnewind and Antionette get +6 to their Defense
[/u] Moves 5 Yards through the row towards the large man. Fluff: From his side he drew forth both large blades. One was a large katana etched in black dragon-scales, with a dragon eye where the guard is supposed to be. The other, a double edged green-steel blade, with an infinity symbol etched up and down both side of the blade. The guard was a simple cross-guard, seemingly made of two giant thorns. Between the cross-thorns, on each side, was a white rose. Suddenly, his frame seemed to glow with a powerful silver aura, his body becoming more lithe and agile as though gravity, or reality couldn't keep hold of him as easily. The light reached out to Antionette, making her body similarly agile. Along her pale skin a silver lining would form. After the pulse, he started running towards his intended target, his eyes focused on the prize, and defending his new friend. [/color] Huntsman: Activates Contracts of Elements (Lightning) OO Roll: 1d10 10 (Ten-Again) Roll: 1d10 5 15 + Dex (6) + Wyrd (8) = 29, 8 successes
Comment: "HOUNDS! AFTER THE BLOOD SUCKER! HE FEARS HER DEATH!"
He than moves five yards towards Nocturnewind
Fluff: The being raises his bow to the sky, calling forth with a bellowing yell to the ceiling of the Mosque, Lightning plows through the ceiling, and strikes the horse-clad man. Though, upon striking it does not harm him, it seems to bend to his will. He weaves a field of lightning around him and his horse, in an attempt to ward off all who would try to reach him.
The lightning crackles about the Huntsman, making his voice boom like Thunder as h charges towards the Dragon-Man; "HOUNDS! AFTER THE BLOOD SUCKER! HE FEARS HER DEATH!" Briarwolf A The creature snarls at it's master's command, moving it's speed (15) across the stone floor and onto the rows. Though, the wolf falls short of Antonette by 7 yards, and it cannot charge through the rows.
Briarwolf B Similarly, but from the other side of it's master, the creature moves it's full speed towards Antionette, but falls short by 8 yards.Antionette's turn; next

Antionette was unsure of what Nocturnewind meant and before she had the chance to stand up the window burst inward and a man came in letting green light into the Mosque. It didn't seem like they were in their normal world now, but she didn't know where they were. Everything was happening so fast finally she realized the Briarwolfs were coming at her and she had to take action.
Antionette **Instant Action**

She aimed her gun at the closer briarwolf, briarwolf A, and fired it off with two shots, the bullets flied and hit the briarwolf. With the she turned on the balls of her heels and ran behind a near by pillar for cover.

Nocturnewind takes 8 Lethal from Elements (Lightning) OO, from two hits.
Fluff: The large Dragonscaled man dashed forth, his boots digging into the stone floor as he'd rush on into the lightning storm of a Huntsman. He knew he was going to regret this, but if he didn't do so he'd risk the Huntsman aiming for Antionette, and he couldn't have this. Her gunshots rang out, and the sound pushed him onward.
His stride was quick and powerful, striking across the Hunter with two giant strokes with fluid wave-like motions. The Hunter's horse was cut clean in half, turning into a pile of dead leaves and broken twigs. The hunter, was cut badly, but not as badly as Nocturnewind would have expected.
"How..."

Fluff: As his horse was slain in one strike, he was knocked backward from his nemesis. The Hunter's wounds were in the shape of a tight 'X' along his entire right side, but he still didn't fall. A Grin came over his charcoal face as he'd nook an arrow and say a small prayer to Oberon, King of Arcadia.
The arrow fired forth like a black firebolt of ash and embers, striking the dragon-man through his right shoulder. His volcanic voice rang out in a maniacal laughter at the sight of seriously wounding his prey.
Huntsman Health XXXXXX\\\\\\ (6 Lethal/ 6 Bashing out of 12 health)
Briarwolf A The Briarwolf howl in pain as the bullets pierce it's flesh, a green blood splattering about the rows of the mosque as it starts to get ravenous, more so than before. It takes it's full movement towards the pillar, though can do nothing else.

She decided to put more space between her and them and ran back behind another pillar ready to defend herself again.

Chaos Effect Roll
Roll: 1d10 2 OMENS OO Roll: 1d10 8 Body turns into a bed of Roses in the corner of the Mosque.
Fluff:
Knowing full well the the lightning of his adversary would likely kill him with another assault, as well as the bow, he felt guilty that he would have to use this power again, and he was hesitant to give away his location to THEM. But desperate ties called for desperate measures.
He quickly threw his swords into the ground below, their weight granting them enough momentum to stick into the stone firmly. His legs spread gently, and somewhat widely as his arms came around his body in a light swirl. That while light of truth from before became a brilliant silver ringing out from every portion of his body, changing his scales, his hair and his eyes to the bright metallic color.
At first, the silver cracked like electricity, than it coalesced and condensed down his arms and up his legs, gathering it in the chora between his two palms, parallel to each other vertically. The silver plasma gathered in his hands, and shook violently within his grip. He reared his hands back and off to a side, before his voice rang forth like the very tone of God filling the mosque with a chorus of faceless angels.
"In the name of those who have died, MY VOW SHALL NOT FALTER!"
The moment he threw his hands forward was the time when his eyes shined golden. It was as though his body was but the mannequin of a higher force, an ideal, something so abstract it was almost perfect.
Almost.
The light flew on forward, a raging dragon of the cold and ever chastising truth. It was the reality of this moment that this blast would strike true, a power unseen by those of the Fae in this dimension. The very truth itself was the fate that would ensue, and Nocturnewind knew it was his only choice. To save her as well as himself.
When the dust of the old mosque lifted the being was gone, wiped out clean from the face of this realm. All that laid remaining was a large flower garden that had grown from the stone, uprooting the foundation to reach the light of chaos, the light of the truth.
Breathing heavily, he did not have the strength to draw his swords again, and his respite would push him to wait until the next action.
Nocturnewing's Health ***XXXXXXXXOOOO (3 agg, 8 Lethal out of 15 Health)
Huntsman: The Huntsman's eyes opened wide, tears of lava streamed forth as the beauty of the light of his death had taken him away from his current motivation. There was no escaping it now, something that he could feel would end him there. And he wondered, with his last few minutes of existence, just how this Lost had aquired such a deal, such a Contract... And with what?

Briarwolf A
Moves 5 Yards towards Antionette Attacking Antionette with his Claws Roll: 1d10 5 5 + Strength 4 + Brawl 4 + Specialty Claws 1 - 8 = 6, Miss
The light show only halted the wolf once, until it was hit again, baiting it to keep on the attack, as it was it's master's last order. The wolf this time was within striking distance, and lunged, but found it's claw hit the pillar instead of Antionette.
A's Health: XXXXOOOOO (4 lethal out of 9)
Briarwolf B This Briarwolf on the other hand, had no intentions of staying on the attack. It had seen it's master die, and a bed of flowers replacing any trace of him. The wolf took it's full movement towards the windows still revealing the lime green greenery. it has 4 yards left.

Fluff:
Antionette had ducked down out of the way of falling pieces of the stone pillar and let out a surprised yelp. She moved passed the Briarwolf still on the attack and slid on the floor to the near by podium not wanting to keep going back as she knew she was close to a wall. She looked and fired another shot catching the wolf by his ankle.
"Dammit," she mumbled hoping to hit him higher up as she scrambled to her feet.

Fluff: Nocturnewind swiftly drew his swords and quick-stepped his way towards the escaping Briarwolf. He wasn't going to let it return to tell the other Huntsmen of this location, lest he place the Vampires in danger.
With his katana now keening with a violet energy, he swiftly cut the beast in half, and flicked the blood off of his blade. He noticed Antionette was still fairly fine and uninjured to his relief, but would be on his way as soon as he could.

The Dragon Man could hear a gasp from across the room, and another gunshot. Than the sight, he saw Antionette was wounded with the slash across her stomach. His eyes shifted from their violet and silver hue to a red dissonant glow, with a brass overtone. His wings spread out high as he'd flip-grasp his sword-hilts underhanded style, and with a swift jump he was soaring over the rows of seats, considering how large the mosque was it was an easy route.

Nocturnewind breathed deeply as sweat dripped down his face and onto his giant wound. There was literally a three inch hole through his shoulder, and yet, he somehow manage to still move it enough to fight. The smell of burnt flesh pervaded about him as the lightning had tarnished the shine of his scales and burnt his flesh some here and there.
Still, he'd sheath both of his swords upon his back, his wings falling back into the form of his maske, his cloak following. Though this time he did not care to wrap himself up. It was fairly obvious that the maske was failing him, it only managed to hide his winds and a fair amount of scales... But not all of them that would count. When the windows turned back into such, revealing the darkness outside- he had fell back on his rear and tried to regain his composure, his eyes flickering between violet and brown as the Maske tried to do it's job...
"Will your wound heal...?" he asked, putting her before his own well-being "I don't really know how Vampires... Work... Entirely."
